Anzac Day 2026

OVERVIEW

On April 25, 2026, approximately 35,000 people gathered across Perth to honour the legacy of our veterans. Working in 100% seamless partnership with PAV, we supported RSL WA in delivering the comprehensive Anzac Day 2026 program. Spanning five key locations, the multi-site commemorative event required absolute operational precision and profound respect to ensure a flawless national moment of remembrance.

OBJECTIVE & CHALLENGE

The mission was to deliver five highly coordinated major events across a compressed timeframe: the All Abilities Sunset Service (Kings Park), Dawn Service (Kings Park), Gunfire Breakfast (Government House), The March (Perth CBD & Langley Park), and Mateship Lane (Irwin Street).

With a sacred history and fixed format, the challenge lay in managing immense logistical complexity with zero margin for error. Over a 12-month planning period, our objective was to dissect past friction points, consult directly with individual city stakeholders, and execute a radically improved risk, crowd management, and production strategy.

INNOVATION & IMPLEMENTATION

Our approach focused on active stakeholder engagement and assembling a specialized team of experts across technical AV design, stakeholder management, and supplier engagement.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: We met with each individual partner—including the City of Perth, Government House, and Kings Park—to directly address legacy operational concerns.

  • Unified Technical Delivery: Working as a 100% joint-delivery team alongside PAV, we overhauled the technical footprints across all sites to guarantee flawless broadcast audio and visual transmission.

  • Precision Operations: Behind the scenes, our team managed the entire ecosystem, including rigorous risk and crisis planning, massive crew deployments, and complex multi-site bump-in/bump-out schedules.

RESULTS & SUCCESS

The 2026 commemorative program set a new benchmark for flawless civic event execution in Western Australia.

  • Attendance: ~35,000 community members safely united across all five major precincts.

  • Stakeholder Acclaim: Key city stakeholders, RSL WA operational staff, and the Board heavily commended the event's success, praising the heightened efficiency and continued year-on-year excellence.

  • Tradition Preserved: The robust strategic framework successfully protected the sacred traditions of the day while delivering seamless, modern crowd and technical logistics.
