Remembrance Day 2025
OVERVIEW
On 11 November 2025, thousands gathered at the State War Memorial in Kings Park for Remembrance Day — a solemn national moment honouring the courage, sacrifice, and service of Australians who served in conflicts and peacekeeping operations.
Observed at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, Remembrance Day marks the end of World War I on the Western Front. The annual service, led by RSL WA, brought together veterans, families, community members, and dignitaries to pause, reflect, and ensure the legacy of those who served continues to be remembered.
OBJECTIVE & CHALLENGE
Our role was to provide on-site operational support to RSL WA, ensuring the Remembrance Day 2025 service ran smoothly and respectfully.
With large crowds, ceremonial protocols, and an emotionally significant environment, our team needed to ensure seamless coordination of suppliers and logistics — preserving the solemnity of the service while supporting RSL WA’s long-standing tradition of commemorative excellence.

INNOVATION & IMPLEMENTATION
Remembrance Day holds deep historical importance. What began as Armistice Day in 1918 has evolved into a national day of reflection for all who served and sacrificed. At 11am, attendees observed a minute of silence overlooking Perth’s skyline, united in remembrance.
To support the service, our team worked alongside RSL WA to manage on-site suppliers, production requirements, and ceremony logistics. This included coordinating staging, technical needs, and operational flow — enabling the service to honour tradition while providing a calm and respectful experience for all present.
A symbolic touchstone of the day, the red poppy, was worn throughout the crowd. Acknowledged globally since 1920, the poppy stands as a reminder of courage, sacrifice, and enduring hope for peace.
RESULTS & SUCCESS
Remembrance Day 2025 upheld the significance and dignity expected of one of Australia’s most important commemorative events.
Through steady operational support and respectful coordination, the service was delivered seamlessly — allowing the focus to remain on honouring veterans, remembering lives lost, and reaffirming our shared commitment to peace and gratitude.
